01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 100win, an online betting and casino platform operated by 100win Entertainment Sdn Bhd. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 100win ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing the 100win website at 100win.st, downloading or using our mobile app, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming activity on our platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

These terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions. 100win reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.

02 User Eligibility

To use 100win services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Use of the platform is not prohibited by local laws in your region or country.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that absolutely prohibits online betting activities.
• You have never had an account terminated by 100win for a previous breach of terms.

100win reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you fail to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe, 100win reserves the right to suspend your account until verification is successfully completed.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at 100win. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• Using a valid, active email address that only you own.
• Providing an active Malaysia phone number for verification purposes.
• Completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting a valid copy of your MyKad or passport.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date. Any false or misleading information provided during registration or the KYC process may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

100win supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate your transactions. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. All successful deposits are processed instantly and credited to your gaming account. 100win does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Verified withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to one hour for regular members, and under 15 minutes for VIP Platinum and Diamond members. All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policies.

• First-time withdrawals require full KYC verification.
• 100win reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
• Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Terms

100win offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted.

General terms applicable to all 100win bonuses and promotions:

• Each user is entitled to claim a bonus only once unless stated otherwise.
• The general wagering requirement is between 25x to 35x total bonus received, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period, which is between 7 and 30 calendar days.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and may result in account termination.
• The maximum withdrawal amount from bonuses varies by promotion and will be stated in the specific terms of that promotion.

Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, available on the Promotions us. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

06 Game Rules & Betting

All games on the 100win platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by recognised third-party certification bodies. This ensures all game outcomes are truly random and fair.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100win platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised third-party tools to play.
• Collusion or cooperation between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs or software errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN or any method to conceal your real location in order to bypass jurisdictional restrictions.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the 100win systems or servers.
• Spreading false or misleading information about 100win to other users.

100win reserves the right to void any wagers or winnings obtained through unfair means, and to pursue legal action where necessary. 100win's decisions on matters relating to game rules are final.

07 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 100win will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

Security measures we recommend to all 100win users:

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security on your account.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

100win will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if it is proven to have occurred due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

08 Termination, Suspension & Self-Exclusion

100win reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the user has:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or abuse promotions.
• Receiving valid complaints from other users regarding misconduct.
